4. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Aghadi Infotech owns the intellectual property created during the development process, such as source code and designs, until full payment is received.
  • After full payment, ownership of the final deliverables will transfer to you, subject to any third-party licenses.

5. Privacy & Confidentiality

At Aghadi Infotech, we respect your privacy. We will not share your personal or business information with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we aim to provide the best services, Aghadi Infotech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or loss of business profits. Our liability will be limited to the total amount paid for the services in the past 12 months.

7. Termination of Services

Either you or Aghadi Infotech can terminate the agreement with notice. If services are terminated, any work completed up to that point will remain payable.

8. Updates to Terms

Aghadi Infotech reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and the updated date will be noted. Continued use of our services after these changes means you accept the revised Terms.
