01 · Web Design

Website Design

We design websites starting from your content and the action you want a visitor to take on each page — a purchase, a form submission, a phone call — and build the layout and navigation around that. Designs are created as high-fidelity mockups (typically in Figma), reviewed with you, and then handed off with defined breakpoints for mobile, tablet, and desktop before development starts.

Custom Website Design

Layouts built around your content and structure, not a pre-made template with your logo swapped in.

Responsive & Mobile-First Design

Designed to work properly at every screen size from the start, not adjusted after the desktop version is finished.

Landing Page Design

Focused, single-purpose pages built around one action — a signup, a purchase, a call.

eCommerce Website Design

Product pages, category structure, and checkout flow designed to reduce drop-off at each step.

Website Redesign

Rebuilding an outdated site while preserving the SEO equity and content structure it's already built.

UI Kit & Style Guide

A documented set of components and rules so the site — and future updates to it — stay visually consistent.

02 · Web Development

Website Development

We build on WordPress (PHP and MySQL), Shopify (Liquid), WooCommerce, and Magento for content and eCommerce sites, and use custom code — HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Node.js — for applications those platforms can’t handle well. Platform choice depends on the functionality you need, your hosting setup, and how your team will maintain the site after launch.

WordPress Development

Custom themes and plugin work, built for your content structure rather than assembled from page-builder templates.

Shopify & Woo Development

Store builds, custom functionality, and integrations with payment and shipping providers.

Custom Web Applications

Purpose-built tools for internal workflows or customer-facing features that off-the-shelf platforms don't cover.

CMS Development

Content structures your team can actually manage without needing a developer for routine updates.

API Integrations

Connecting your site to CRMs, payment gateways, booking systems, or other internal tools.

Front-End Development

Clean, accessible markup and performant code — not just a design image converted into HTML.

03 · Digital Marketing

Digital Marketing

Once a site is built, visibility and conversion rate are separate problems from design. This covers organic growth work — SEO, content, social, and email — measured through Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console. For paid campaigns specifically, see the Paid Advertising section below.

SEO (On-Page & Technical)

Title tags, meta descriptions, internal linking, page speed, and crawlability fixes (robots.txt, XML sitemaps) aimed at organic search visibility.

Social Media Marketing

Content and posting strategy suited to each platform's format and audience, rather than one asset resized for every channel.

Email Marketing

Campaigns and automated flows built around your existing customer and lead lists, using tools such as Mailchimp or HubSpot.

Content Marketing

Blog and resource content targeting the specific search terms your customers use, based on keyword research rather than guesswork.

Conversion Rate Optimization

A/B testing and page refinements based on analytics and session data, not assumptions about what should convert better.

Online Reputation Management

Monitoring and responding to reviews across Google Business Profile and other listing platforms.

04 · Paid Advertising

Google Ads & Meta Ads Management

We manage Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns in Google Ads, and Facebook and Instagram campaigns in Meta Ads Manager. Every account is set up with conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Meta Pixel (including Conversions API where supported) before campaigns launch, so performance data reflects actual leads and sales rather than clicks alone.

Google Ads Management

Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube campaigns, with keyword and search-term review on an ongoing basis.

Meta Ads Management

Facebook and Instagram campaigns for lead generation, eCommerce sales, and remarketing to past site visitors.

PPC Campaign Setup

New accounts built with keyword research, audience research, campaign structure, and negative keyword lists before launch.

Campaign Optimization

Audits of existing accounts covering bid strategy, Quality Score, audience settings, and budget allocation.

Conversion Tracking & Analytics

GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel setup, including custom conversion events and enhanced conversions.

Landing Page Optimization

Page speed, mobile usability, and form design review for the pages your ad traffic actually lands on.

05 · Migration

Website & Platform Migration

Migrating a site to a new platform, host, or design is where broken links, lost rankings, and missing content most commonly happen. We map every existing URL to its new equivalent and implement 301 redirects, verify DNS and SSL/TLS certificate changes, and resubmit the sitemap to Google Search Console after launch to confirm re-indexing.
CMS Migration

Moving between WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, or custom-built systems.

Platform Migration

Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, and BigCommerce, moved without losing product or order history.

Hosting & Server Migration

Moving hosting providers with a plan for minimizing downtime during cutover.

URL Mapping & Redirects

Proper page-to-page 301 redirects to preserve rankings, not a blanket redirect to the homepage.

Content & Data Migration

Pages, media, and customer data moved and then verified, not just copied over and assumed correct.

SSL & Domain Migration

Certificate and DNS details handled carefully, since these are commonly missed when a migration is rushed.

06 · UX/UI Design

UX/UI Design

UX (user experience) covers navigation, information architecture, and whether the flow through your site makes sense; UI (user interface) is the visual layer applied once that structure is defined. We build wireframes and prototypes in Figma, test them with real users where possible, and check final designs against WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility guidelines.

User Research

Understanding who's actually using the site and what they're trying to accomplish on it.

Wireframing & Information Architecture

Mapping structure and content hierarchy before any visual design work starts.

Interactive Prototyping

Clickable prototypes used to test flow and navigation before development begins.

Usability Testing

Watching real people use a design to catch friction points that internal review tends to miss.

Design Systems

Reusable components and patterns that keep a growing site visually and functionally consistent.

Accessibility Review

Checking designs against WCAG guidelines so the site works with assistive technology too.

07 · Support & Maintenance

Support & Maintenance

After launch, we handle core, plugin, and theme updates, security patching, malware scanning, and database backups on an ongoing basis, along with uptime and Core Web Vitals monitoring. Support is scoped to how often your site actually changes rather than sold as one fixed package.

Core, Plugin & Theme Updates

Kept current in a way that checks for version conflicts before they break the live site.

Security Monitoring

Watching for known vulnerabilities and patching issues as they're identified.

Backups & Recovery

Regular backups, with a tested plan for restoring the site quickly if something does go wrong.

Performance Monitoring

Tracking load time and uptime on an ongoing basis, not just checking once at launch.

Content Updates

Text, image, and page changes handled without your team needing to touch the backend directly.

Bug Fixes

Issues diagnosed and fixed as they're reported, rather than batched into an unpredictable queue.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

It depends heavily on scope. A focused landing page moves much faster than a multi-page custom platform with integrations, and revisions or delayed feedback can extend any timeline. We give a project-specific estimate after understanding what you actually need, rather than a single number that applies to everyone.
Whichever fits the project. WordPress or Shopify make sense for many content and eCommerce sites; custom development makes more sense when you need functionality those platforms don't support well. We'll recommend a platform based on your requirements, not default to whichever we prefer building on.
That's the goal of a properly planned redesign: mapping every existing URL to its new equivalent with correct redirects, and checking indexing after launch. Some ranking fluctuation after any redesign is normal, but a careless migration is the most common cause of an avoidable drop — which is why we treat URL mapping as a required step, not optional cleanup.
Yes. Support ranges from occasional content updates to ongoing monitoring, security, and performance work. We'll scope it to what your site actually needs rather than sell a fixed package that doesn't match your update frequency.
We plan migrations to minimize downtime, typically by building and testing on a staging environment before switching over — but some brief downtime during the final cutover is common, and it's more honest to expect that than to promise it away entirely.
Yes. We manage Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) campaigns, including conversion tracking setup through GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
Both. Design and development happen in the same process here, which avoids the handoff gaps that show up when a design is built by one team and reassembled by another that wasn't involved in the original decisions.

The team at Aghadi Infotech has helped me build two websites. They are a pleasure to work with. I am based in South Africa so we did the whole process via Skype. They are fast to respond, were able to understand what I need, and successfully implement requests. What I appreciated most was that they stayed patient and helpful with all my requests. Will use them again.

We have used a few different developers over the years and had to deal with bad service and inferior websites. That was until Akram at Aghadi Infotech was recommended to us. Akram and his team are great to deal with and extremely responsive and they were not happy until we were happy
